Legacy Scholarship
In 2021, we launched the Neil Conway Legacy Scholarship in honor of Logan’s dad and the founder of Comfort Systems Heating & Cooling, whom we lost to cancer in 2019.
Neil built more than a business—he built a legacy of hard work, integrity, and a passion for the trades. We wanted to honor that legacy by giving Kansas City area students pursuing careers in the trades or construction-related fields the opportunity to receive scholarship support as they take the next step toward their future. To date, we’ve issued over $24,000 in scholarships.
Each fall, we host a golf tournament to raise funds for these scholarships, and it continues to be one of our favorite ways to bring together our employees, customers, vendors, and community to invest in the next generation.
Thank you to everyone who has supported this scholarship over the years and helped us continue Neil’s legacy by investing in future skilled trades professionals.
